We want you to be fully satisfied with your Parfums de Marly purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unopened item in its original boutique packaging and shipping box to ensure the delicate glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect and approve the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
